Either way, after many philosophical discussions about 'life' and 'meaning' and generally making things sound deeper than they really are, we came up with the idea of MAEK to let forth our creative spirit.

See, the problem with designers is that they just want to do it all. (Yes, they can be very irrational at times). Our concept is to provide you with capsule collections of products, which we create while trying to explore the materials we work with as well as ourselves, trying to innovate as much as we can along the way. We are trying to break away from the frenzy of mass production and focus on the care and attention given to an individual, hand crafted product.

We may want to explore materials, we may want to explore processes. We may not know what we want to do next, or maybe we do. We may question the answer, or we may answer the question.

Look at you. Trying to figure us out by this exceedingly vague, highly ambiguous paragraph. Lets just simply say that our identity is one of change, and that we are as curious as you are when it comes to imagining what our next collection is going to look like.
